My complaint is geared towards the Pharmacy. Why should your customers have to wait in line beyond 20 min because you only have one person working. The one pharmacy tech is answering the phone, servicing the window and the customers inside of the store. Obviously you do not value the customers if you don’t service them adequately.

Not gonna lie, it is definitely a little ghetto here. Employees get easily irritated, sometimes they don't ring up all the items, pharmacy is kinda unprofessional and apparently doesn't have any of the prescriptions they tell you they have, yet they get delivered to you from there... Some staff are hard to understand, it's just a lot going on that frankly I don't care for.

Extremely unprofessional photo service. I came to have passport pictures taken. When I finally found someone to help me, that person continued to take phone calls on their cell phone. Sent the picture in for my passport all to have it sent back because I had my glasses on. Shouldn’t they be the ones to know what the requirements are for a suitable passport photo?

Lackluster store with odd service. Still, hoping it will stock BeatBox Beverages Party Punch in any flavors available, but especially Cranberry Dreams, Juicy Mango and Green Apple.

the pharmacy is horrible!! I've called this location a total of 5 times trying to call in a script for my patient each time I was on hold for 25 minutes at the least. After calling the 5th time someone with a very nasty attitude picked up the phone, stated that the pharmacist was with a patient and hung up the phone. As a nurse this is very concerning. We cannot provide top patient care with rude people and poor lines of communication.
