Just had a wonderful transaction with Nakya. She was very friendly and patient when I realized - I forgot my wallet! I drove home, retrieved it, and came back finishing my transaction. Nakya was 100% polite the entire time. Excellent customer service!

Worst customer service ever at that pharmacy. At 0801pm they refused to allow me to pick up a medicine I've called 15 minutes earlier about explaining I couldn't pick up in the next 2 days due to work shifts. Laziness at it's max as usual in the area.

Today I visited this Walgreen and it was only my second visit there. I moved from Md 6 months ago. The cashier's name was Makita. I have never experienced such rudeness from any cashier or customer service rep. She took her time coming the registar.I spoke to her, she did not bother to respond. I let that go but a I had to ask her three times if I could enter my phone number . She finally said you need to wait a minute for me to ring your items.She was very rude and nasty. Then when she finished ringing my order, I asked for my receipt. She gave me my coupon but did not respond again for my receipt. It appeared there was no paper. She said I have to get somebody.No apology given no courtesy. I stood there at least 10 more minutes waiting to get my receipt. Another employee came up and explained how poorly I was treated and that this person is not the right fit to be a cashier. She didn't respond. She was not the manager.I advised this was only my second visit there, but would be my last!! 😡

The sales associate Mily is awesome and has impeccable customer service skills. She was able to resolve an issue I had expeditiously. I even witness her assist other customers with great care. She is definitely an asset to Walgreen. Keep up the good work Mily!
