This location has horrible customer service. They work terrible under pressure and they are always under pressure because they are short staffed. When you walk up to the counter or pull up to the window, they never say one moment, we’ll be right with you. After waiting for a very long time, they don’t even thank you for your patience. I uploaded my insurance to the app. My prescriptions initially said delayed for insurance review and then they were marked ready. I got to the pharmacy and was told I could only pick up two of my prescriptions because a PA was needed. Then I was asked for the insurance card and told it wasn’t in the system. The Dr. Called with me on 3 way, 3 days ago to ensure they had what was needed because I had already been waiting a week for them to get my prescriptions ready. Lastly, I asked if I would receive a call when the other two were ready and I was told “they might sign me up for text alerts but just call back later, they are swamped right now.” There was no one at the window and I was the only one at the counter. I understand they have prescriptions to fill but the customer in front of them should have been first priority. None of this would have been so bad if their attitudes weren’t so horrible.

The Walgreens in Morrow is terrible. I was purchasing medicine 20 min ago the cashier in the pharmacy area was sooooo rude. I asked a few question and tried to ring up. She said you can go to the front.

Been here a couple of time and had find the staff pretty professionall. Had come to the photo area and really good folks over there also. I had my flu shot here, and the people where friendly and attentive. I have no complaints from this location.

The store is not kept as tidy and clean like most Walgreens. The customer service is ok. They use to deals and were a little bit more inviting. They maybe under new management but I liked the friendly nature of previous management. I do not shop there as often because of it.

Absolutely unbelievable ! I cannot believe that Walgreens would hire people that have no business doing what they are doing? They need to fire everybody in there, and do some very intense customer service training. They fill your prescriptions late, if at all, and obviously they do not know how to use the computer systems that they have on file, to fill your prescriptions and they just make up a lie and tell you to call back in a couple hours I think that they're busy and don't have time to do your order. I will no longer be doing business with Walgreens after many years. And I advise everyone to run, run, run and get a real pharmacy more people know how to treat you properly and fill your prescriptions on time! Goodbye Walgreens! FOREVER!
