Aspen does phenomenal work and is an absolutely gifted intimacy coach. I worked with her for quite a few sessions before she moved to Atlanta and every single session was tailored specifically to what my needs were in the moment. I loved the meditations we would do to start the session, they always helped me get out of my head and into my body. I’m a survivor of sex trafficking and had a lot of hang ups around intimacy and Aspen helped me tremendously in my healing process. Truly an outstanding human ✨

My husband was the one who found Aspen and I honestly felt I didn’t need this type of therapy. Turns out I was the one who enjoyed the sessions and getting to understand myself. Aspen made me feel heard and made me realize it’s okay to feel the way I do in my intimacy. After every session I felt more empowered and confident! Aspen is absolutely amazing, she tackles everything the client is feeling to where you feel heard. And she works with you on getting past those barriers to a more confident healthier you!

I don’t know where to even start, if I could rate more then 5 stars I would.. Aspen took me on as a client almost a month ago. And with only a few sessions she has given me the ability to start getting comfortable with my unsexual self. She has helped me break out of my shell by teaching me techniques during our sessions to use on my own, and they have been extremely helpful. She has taught me a couple of breathing techniques, and we have also done some inner child work that has helped my younger self get through traumatic experiences. Aspen has been very supportive and has tailored every session to my needs! I highly recommend Aspen to anyone who is struggling with any aspect of intimacy!
