One star only to be able to give a review. I walked in around 06:30 pm January 17th,2024. I’ve been here a couple of times before but this time I was really surprised. The worst costumer service I could ever have the guy “answering” my questions clearly didn’t want to be there or want me there, barely answered me, didn’t greet, didn’t offer help didn’t ask what I needed or anything. Won’t ever be back and I highly recommend whoever expects and appreciate a nice service do not even walk on this sidewalk or he might bite you.

The smart thing to do before you buy any product from a retail store is what?.....Call ahead. Your employee deliberately had me on hold and then decided to hang up. I tried calling back only to be forwarded to your automated voicemail. I'm no genius, but no sales=no revenue=people need to be fired.

Absolutely great experience. This location is well stocked and super tidy. They have an InBody machine, allowing you to get detailed body metrics so that you have insights to get to your goals. Mahad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Taking pride in helping answer questions and being a guide. Never forgetting to give service with a smile. 12/10 will be back.

Went here at 5 on Sunday and they were closed. On the door aays they close at 6 but was closwe at 5 smdh!

I used to come here frequently but after some new staffing and the really helpful boy left definitely has gone downhill. I was also asked to wear a mask for the first time where it is not mandated, I will never be back to this location took my business to a different town.
