Don't waste your time coming here. They close whenever they feel like it. I drove 15 minutes to get here before they close. A lady who was waiting by the door told me she's been there for 20 minutes and looks like they are in the back, but nobody's there for the customers.

So I've been a customer for the past 3 years. I go into the Stone Mountain Square location for my daily protein powder, happy because I have a $5 off coupon for my next purchase. When I got home I noticed I bought the wrong flavor. I go back to that same location to swap out for vanilla flavor, it's not on the shelf so the guy looks on the computer and says they have it but it's not on the floor. He comes from the back and says it's probably on one of the pallets and didn't feel like going through it. OK fine, can you check to see if it's at a different store, I don't mind driving. Great, it's at the Memorial Drive store and the guy will put it aside by the time I get there. So I get there and immediately the guy tries to sell me some other product, I respectfully decline. All I want to do is swap for a even exchange. He rings me up and says I owe $5 and some change. Why ? I asked, oh you used the coupon already. So I say sir I'm just making an even exchange. He refuses to make the exchange. I just took the product I came in with and left. No problem it's only $5 but the principle of the exchange/customer service was very disappointing. They definitely lost me forever as a customer and I've told all my gym buddies to never shop there. It's sad that you can spend hundreds of dollars at a company & they can't even value a 5 dollar coupon. Maybe because I didn't accept his offer to buy the other product. Either way it's bad business and I now see why there are never hardly any customers there when I go to shop. NEVER GOING BACK !!!!

The store is supposedly open and nobody is inside. I waited 30 minutes and no one answered the door or call. GO TO VITAMIN SHOPPE THIS PLACE A JOKE

This was a fun experience. Two young men waited on me, answered questions, provided insight and kept me laughing. My intention had been to buy one bottle of supplements. I ended up buying 4, and I am happy with my purchases.
