there's a scruffy white guy that was working today that was very rude and i think has something against people of color. He clearly does not like his job and needs to move out the country if that's the case

Didn’t get the employees name, but he made my experience at this location nice. They had what I needed, store was clean, even showed me some new items that was kinda what I was looking for that turned out great.

Highly don't recommend this place if you're looking for any type of help or customer service. Never been in one before but was looking for a probiotic for my grandmother. Walked in and and asked for help finding a probiotic and before I could even finish my sentence she points me to the probiotic section with zero help. As if I was stupid for even having to ask. I didn't want to know where it was I wanted to know what product would suit my needs. And thats what i asked...i said what would you suggest???...She didn't care. Don't hire people who are clueless about what you sell first off, and second don't hire people who could care less to be there. If I wanted no help I'd just buy it at kroger next door which is where I ended up walking out and going. Terrible first impression. I'll stick to amazon.

GNC is my "go to" place for vitamins and supplements. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I said not yet and began picking up my usual and then looking for something for weightloss. I was not approached again until I asked for assistance. I like that she did not hover. She provided a few weightloss supplement recommendations. They were out of cayenne so she offered to order and have it sent to my home. When the package arrived it contained Krill fish oil. I immediately called customer service who expedited the cayenne pepper to me but said I had to return the fish oil by FedEx. I asked if I could return it to the store. I was told no. I was told they would send me a return label so I could take it to FedEx. That is big issue for me. GNC made a mistake and now they want me to take my time to print, package and take a product that I did not order to FedEx, which is not close to my home. I will not order from them again in case they get it wrong.

I am not normally inclined to write reviews but felt that recognition was needed after my experience at this GNC. All GNC are essentially the same in regards to display and what not. The biggest variable is customer service and I can not speak more highly of the staff at this GNC. Kelly was nothing less than a pleasure to talk to and she definitely went above and beyond. Thanks a lot team! Keep up the great work.
