Neil Francis3 StarHelpful when in the store. Just don't call ahead trying not to waste your time driving over there. This is where the incompetence kicks into overdrive.
Ask for an item of a specific brand, they say yes we have it. You drive over there and they tell you oh sorry we don't have it. They show you a brand you didn't ask for. After you told them repeatedly exactly what you're looking for. Even told her I'm calling ahead to make sure you have it before I drive there
