The staff here is always very helpful but not pressuring. When I forgot the item I came for, but remembered I bought it before they looked it up based on my phone number without being asked to. Very appreciative of their help and expertise.

I ordered online for something that was in store. 1. Once I paid it took the money from my account and told me they had difficulty processing the order so I never received a confirmation number. 2. I was on the phone with customer service for over 15 Mins waiting for them to find my order and when they did they told me it takes 24 hours or more to get the email….if that was the case I would’ve never ordered online and I would’ve walked straight in….the system is dumb and those are things that people should know before money is spent.

I went there this morning to pick up some pre-work out. When I came up to the door, it seem to be locked from the outside. I thought, no big deal they’re probably on a lunch break or they’re not quite open yet. I waited a few more minutes, and then tried to go back in. The door was still locked. When I was heading back to my car, and employee (that was working around 11 AM on Wednesday, June 23rd) rudely told me that the hours were posted and that they were open. When I explained that the door was locked from the outside, she told me that she needed to get the door replaced. I left without even stepping inside. I felt uncomfortable as soon as she remarked that the hours were posted. Im not stupid and wont be treated as such:) She is probably a manager, so nothing will probably happen. If she's reading this, learn how to speak to others with respect. :)

Came here recently and was treated very poorly. Was rudely told by the employee to "not go digging through the box" of protein bars - although the box was already unsealed and opened (but the lid had fallen down) and I was just grabbing the flavor I wanted. I left without purchasing anything and although this is the closest store to me, will unfortunately not be returning anymore.
