Great location. Ryan is awesome! When I came in on Sunday, 6/30 I was pleasantly and promptly greeted. He checked thoroughly for the product I requested, but it wasn’t available. He offered alternatives and called around for my product at nearby stores to have a hold placed. I picked it up at a nearby store with no issues. I’ll be back!

The cashier was extremely rude I will not be shopping there or recommending this particular gnc. I felt as though I did not belong I went to purchase chlorophyll and he was just very rude. Big muscular guy of color. I felt I did belong there he's very rude. Save your money order from Amazon.

I usual love coming to this store although I don’t stay in Cobb any more I like to stop here when I’m in the area to get a boost from a peanut butter blast smoothie . But today I walked in no greeting no one in sight . I notice a gentle on the phone . He didn’t acknowledge me nor say please hold on for one second. As I wait to receive service a gentleman from the back makes direct eye contact me but keeps going . At this time no one is helping me so I walk out! This is unacceptable . It’s the middle of the day and there is not one customer insight ! I see why! I’ll be going to the GNC on Howell Mill for now on! Kind regards, An upset customer !

The customer service sucks. I usually got here and get a price match with no issue. The employee who assisted me didn't care to price nor acted like they wanted to be there. No one asked if I needed help with anything. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to go back to the store and then contact them. Ugh y'all must reimbursing me for gas too.
