James was on the front register. I had just left the hospital and needed distilled water for medical equipment for a family member. There was none on the shelves, which he apologized for. He went in back and came back out with several jugs of it so I would have enough. Thank you James for making a long, trying day much easier!!!

I recently visited CVS and had an underwhelming experience with their pharmacy. While I understand that the staff may know their job well, it’s important to take the time to answer customer questions clearly. I asked a simple question about whether they had a text messaging system, and the response I got was, “It will be ready after four,” which didn’t answer my question at all. I had to ask multiple times before getting a proper answer. Additionally, when I inquired about the cost of my prescription, they asked me to sit down before even gathering my insurance information, which felt rushed and unprofessional. It seemed like the staff were moving too quickly and didn’t take the time to gather all the necessary details, leaving me feeling overlooked as a customer. Overall, I didn’t have a positive experience with their pharmacy service.

I only had to visit this CVS location because It was late and Most pharmacies is closed. For the amount of traffic at this store and being opened 24 hours, I could say that it is somehow organized. It is very easy to dissect the store and find whatever you May be in need of. Though, I am not sure the drive through operates past certain hours.

We've been trying to get a prescription filled here for 3 days for a newborn. The doctors office has sent the prescription to them in multiple ways. Really hard to get a hold of anyone here. We ended up just switching to the nearby Kroger pharmacy. Save yourself the headache and try somewhere else.

They are sometimes super busy nights and weekends but I came at lunch and it was ok. I got my issues completely resolved. I had insurance issues and another cvs had given me the incorrect prescription. This cvs fixed everything.
