Online pickup is such a convenient service. I usually make my stop to pickup my items enroute to work or on my way home from work because I pass by it virtually everyday.

Very unprofessional. Was told one thing about my prescriptions the day before but when I got there the next day the girl would not feel them. She said insurance wouldn't approve them. I offered to pay cash but she said she couldn't accept cash. Made no sense. Have to thank them for turning me away. Went to Walmart, they put them right thru and I paid 0, yep ZERO. I almost paid 70 dollars. So thank you CVS for turning me away

They keep putting codes in wrong with my insurance. Also, was told they do not have my insurance card on file so I have to bring it to them, even though I just got a prescription a few weeks that used my insurance.
