Store hours show the store opens at 8am.. Standing outside a locked door at 8:40am and someone finally walks up from the inside and unlocks the door and turns around and walks away.. No excuse for the delay in opening and not even a hello welcome in or good morning or anything. I attempted to ask for help in finding a humidifier but again the girl just walks away. It's sad that this store will most likely close but why would anyone want to spend their money at a place that treats you so horrible. This review will not change anything because there is no actual accountability anymore. Just sad :(

I’ve been coming here for years, as has my pet! It seems like he unfortunately had an accident unbeknownst to me. It had never happened once in the several years we’ve come here, and we come here almost daily. He’s become friendly with most of the staff here. Unfortunately, due to the incident he was banned from ever returning. I understand if it’s policy but just seems a little excessive. Especially being followed outside to be made aware the next day. Super unfortunate and understandable why but just wanted to let others know!

This pharmacy is questionable at best. Often times waiting in long lines because they decide they want to close for 30 mins for lunch. So, because they want to close for 30 mins and I guess are short staffed…? I have to wait in a 30+ minute line. Happened today and has happened numerous times in the past. Plus, their closed for lunch sign looks like something from a mom and pop shop, not a nationally recognized drug store chain. Publix pharmacy doesn’t close for lunch. Which is why I’m moving all my scripts there. Staff has been generally better there as well. Additionally, they recently shortened their hours. Publix Pharmacy is open 3 hours longer than than CVS Pharmacy. If you want good customer service, not long lines, reliable hours, not some place closed everyday during lunch, then go to another Pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy service. To echo another customer who has left a review for this cvs, bottom 1% of service. Could not have given less effort. Rude and dismissive. Would recommend avoiding this cvs.
