Melii McCullough1 StarCheck your receipts!!! This store will have a whole different price on the shelves but it's always more at the register! Them when you ask for a refund they have excuses. Always get a paper receipt as well cause if you don't they will not give you your money back. This has happened too many times. It's close and convenient BUT I know to watch the receipt and get my paper receipts. SMH CVS need to do better!Saturday 7th December 2024
She Lycle1 StarI came in for passport photos at 1:30pm and was told to come back at 2 when the person that takes them come in. I came back at 2:14pm and was told by a different person the camera doesn’t work. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! If you don’t or can’t provide a service you ADVERTISE to “be ready in minutes”, POST A SIGN or better yet, FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT! This was a waste of my time and it’s VALUABLE!Wednesday 4th December 2024
Theresa Roberts1 StarThe CVS at 581 Flint River Rd. Riverdale, Ga. Has been a problem store for years. The customer service is horrible, management included. They don’t want to work, and will often refer you to use the kiosk instead of helping customers at the register.
CVS is in walking distance to my home, however I would rather drive to the Walgreens or Publix and bypass CVS. I know nothing will probably change however something needs to appreciate the customers who are keeping you open for business!Saturday 26th October 2024
Dana Guy1 StarI went in the store to get my prescription and the line was too long while I was carrying my sleeping child so they decided to go to the drive thru which was even worse because I was waiting in my car for 20 mins only for them to tell me that the prescription department was closed. The pharmacist was very asinine about it too.Tuesday 20th August 2024
Anthony Bradley5 StarI can say all the teamwork they use amongst one another speaks on its own. Store is always neat, all employees are able to resolve issues without the company of another employee having to instruct them if a customer has issues or questions. Have been shopping here for 7 months and believe all employees deserve a considerable reward for the maintenance and upkeep of this store I've grown to appreciate in my neighborhood!Sunday 28th April 2024
