The pharmacy is conveniently located, and I'm always in and out without any delays. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech I normally see are friendly and always check to see if I have any questions during the checkout process. During a recent visit, they hadn't received the prescription from my doctor. Instead of telling me to come back later, the pharmacy checked the voicemail and filled my prescription in less than 20 minutes! Phenomenal service! Thank you, CVS pharmacy!

Pharmacy- was informed by the pharmacist that my son’s medication would be ready within 20-30mins at 2pm. I arrived back at the location at 2:25pm for an update and was rudely informed by Porche that it hasn’t been 20mins and she literally closed the door window in my face. She brings back the medication with an attitude and complete silence. Unacceptable she was not customer service friendly.

I went to purchase gluclose test strips for my daughter so the manager comes over some african american lady with glasses low ponytail didn’t catch her name and opens the cabinet and instead of giving them to me so I could go ahead and purchase them at self check out she takes them to register as if im going to steal them or something I really don’t appreciate that at all so I took them off the counter and walk over to self check out and would you believe that lady stood right there just watching me no one else was being watched in the store I am really pissed right now…I will not be returning to this establishment

I had a positive experience at the Minute Clinic. I filled in the info in the store, and even though there were a few online checkins ahead of me, they brought me in first because no one else had arrived. Professional, relatively efficient and helpful. Update: I had originally left 4 stars, but I had to change it to 5 because Carol, the lady at the cash register, was hilarious and just an absolute delight. Made me laugh and brightened my day.

I dropped a printed prescription for my sick son before noon and asked they confirm they could fill it. They said yes and I was told the prescription would be ready at 4pm. I showed up at 4:05 and waited for 25 minutes in line only to have them let me know it would be an even longer wait but it was almost ready and they requested I drive around again. I said I didn’t really want to get in line again if the prescription was almost ready. After closing the window for another 5 minutes, they came back to let me know they actually couldn’t fill the prescription after all! I would have certainly gone elsewhere earlier in the day had they told me that they couldn’t fill it and now I’m stuck without my sick kid’s medicine for the whole night because I can’t find another pharmacy that would be able to fill the prescription on short notice before they close. Completely unprofessional, rude in telling me they couldn’t fill it, and ridiculously inconsiderate for a mom of a sick child or anyone who might need medicine in a timely manner.
