kh Riad1 StarThe store manager was quite unprofessional and displayed a lack of customer service skills. I feel for the employees who have to work under her leadership. It's important to remember that it's not the customer’s fault if someone is unhappy in their job. Instead of taking frustrations out on customers, perhaps it would be better to seek a career change or find a role that brings more fulfillment.Wednesday 14th August 2024
Sandra1 StarI literally had a simple return from an online order, that I payed using my Apple Pay, which as many people know that when you pay with Apple Pay, the last four digits of your primary card changes from what the physical card number is. I have used Apple Pay to pay for online orders in the past and made returns with no issues, but today when I went in they told me that my card number did not match. I explained multiple times but it was because when you use Apple Pay, those last four digits are changed, but the older Indian gentleman helping me was very demeaning and told me to take it up with corporate office, essentially insinuating that I am committing some sort of fraud. It’s one thing if they are not familiar with the use of Apple Pay and its intricacies, but it’s another to accuse your customer of fraud. Another person came to help me, but he said that he could handle it. I explained numerous times, I showed him my card number in the Apple wallet as well as what’s the digital number is (that matched what was on my order) Initially, when we tried to place the return, he showed me that the numbers didn’t match and accused me of using another card and said he couldn’t process anything. But mysteriously, after I had explained to him all of these things and shown him that my card number was the same, he was able to process the return immediately. Very suspicious behavior and very unprofessional. Also, before I started my return, I witnessed this same Indian person act really demeaning to a customer trying to place a money order (he told this customer to recount the money, counted each bill in front of him, when the customer did give him enough money) Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in CVS ever. Do not go to this one.Sunday 25th August 2024
Julio Claudio5 StarI shopped at CVS pharmacy today, and it was a pleasure. The CVS employee was so pleasant and so helpful. It was very refreshing to deal with a true professional working in retail. She was great!Monday 20th May 2024
Liesa Martinez1 StarThe “STORE” manager is the rudest manager ever. I feel sorry for the people who work with her. No customer service skills. Don’t blame the customer for a job. You don’t like it. It is not the customers problem that you work in a job that you are unhappy with. I suggest you change your life, Miss store manager.Thursday 25th April 2024
