I am so thankful for Sarai & Shunda at this CVS pharmacy. They helped me to get my medication discounted. Little do they know I’m having to pay $1,200 out of pocket for my surgery tomorrow. So, not only were they greeting me with a smile, but they literally changed my whole mood with their help. Really appreciate them & wish them the best always.

LMAO if I could go lower than one star, TRUST ME, I would . I literally called yesterday just to GET a refill started on my prescription that I need by Monday and the first time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes. It sounded like someone had picked up the phone and put it back on hold then after that I was on hold for about 5 more minutes before someone just picked it up and hung it up. I also had my friend on three way so he heard everything. After that I waited two more minutes before calling back. The second time I was on hold for 10 more minutes before they “sent me to voice mail. All of this happened at 4 something by the way…so the pharmacy was no where near closing or closed . It was ignorant and outrageous because all I was trying to do was refill a prescription. You knew refilling prescriptions and answering the phone was part of the job before getting certified. It’s always a problem with them and their attitudes as well. Why even just let somebody sit on hold knowing y’all not gone answer ??? I see why y’all have a 1 star rating now. Last time I was on hold for over an hour and finally went up there and they were standing up there making conversation and laughing. Unplug y’all phone if y’all not gone utilize it.

I called in my script about 15 minutes or so before arriving. Not only was the young lady pleasant on the phone, she said that she would have it ready AND try to grab the OTC meds as well. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by the pharmacy and everyone working there was absolutely a joy! They politely answered all of out questions and the young lady at the register ensured that I got all of the discounts that I could since I have an extra care pass. The pharmacist came over and asked if I had any questions and explained some of the side effects from one of the meds. I felt welcome and valued. We were in an out in just a few minutes. Stellar service, thank you!

These African American Females that work in the pharmacy, lack proper customer service skills, they don't even greet you (ME) smh, they have personal conversations and don't acknowledge you until there ready. I asked the big puffy looking lady with the 1 cross eye, a question and she looked to the right and then back at me in annoyance as if I don't have the right for clarification about my prescription that I'm dropping off..but guess what they greeted the UPS delivery driver bringing there packages!

I been sitting at this window in this heat Since 1:50pm and the sign say they are closed from 130-2pm. It's 2:15pm it is a line behind me and no one is answering the button. Don't have your prescriptions come here. This is why I didn't get mines yesterday. The same thing happen.Never again will I come to this establishment again for anything. This is beyond sad. I need my meds. Calling Fox 5 on they ass😡
