Paul Robinson4 StarI took three prescriptions here today after having a fairly detailed dental procedure. I was told it would be an hour and that was within the time frame the dentist told me the numbing shots would wear off. I went home and, as promised, I had a text and under an hour to come pick up all three. Everything went smoothly and Christiana helped me during both visits. She was clearly very busy when I dropped off the prescriptions but had a moment to have a pleasant chat exchange as I checked out.
I've had issues with this pharmacy years ago and I quit using it for quite a long time even though it's less than a mile from my house. Now that my insurance requires CVS, I gave it another shot today and the result was positive. I'd like to continue to support it because it's good to have it in my neighborhood!Thursday 27th June 2024
victoria clegg3 Starl wanted to reach out to provide an update regarding my previous comment concerning the CVS manager Christiana.
Upon further reflection and recent interactions, I feel compelled to revise my feedback. In our recent encounters, the manager has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. I realize now that my previous negative comments were primarily based on specific incidents related to a prescription.
I want to emphasize that not all of my interactions at the pharmacy were negative, and I appreciate the positive experiences I've had as well.
Thank you for allowing me to provide this update, and I hope it accurately reflects my current perspective.Sunday 28th April 2024
Stefan Martin1 StarThe drive-thru system has been down for days, making it impossible for me to conveniently pick up my medication. Despite my doctor ordering it for me yesterday at noon specifically 12:03, I only received a notification today at 12:55 that it's ready. When I arrived at 1:10, I was informed of technical issues, and the pharmacy won’t reopen until 2:00. Now, I'm stuck sitting on a chair for 45 minutes next to the fenced-up pharmacy, waiting for medication I needed since yesterday.Thursday 11th April 2024
ReAna Michele1 StarI’ve never felt so compelled to call corporate on someone. I should’ve looked at the reviews first before having my son’s prescription filled there. Without going into too much detail, this “pharmacy manager” Christiana is the most unprofessional person on this planet and can barely speak English. This was after spending 30min on hold and after being hung up on by a previous associate claiming to place me on hold. Long story short, my medication was out of stock. I had to call corporate for help to get it at another location since this one was no help. Just terrible.Wednesday 29th May 2024
Bianca Leverette1 StarI came from the er with strep to get some benzocaine shots filled for my throat to assist with the antibiotics, they said it would be filled first since it was en er visit. Went home for a while to wait, called the pharmacy 6 times(my boyfriend was in the store watching them send my calls to the answering machine), got sent to the prescriber line, 4 hours later, the tech told my boyfriend that I can just get my nose spray filled tomorrow. It’s NOT nasal spray, and I needed it to swallow so I could eat. So here I am 24 hours no food because people can’t do their jobs. Most decent places would at least reach out if there’s an issue with filling the medication so it can be filled elsewhere. Not this location. It’s not the first time they have done this with my meds, just this time I have to leave a review.Wednesday 14th August 2024
