Chero la'shay weston2 StarI like this location is close to my house and easy to get to but there is a person there by the name of deja she either works at the window or sometimes I see her working at the front of the the pharmacy she is very unpleasant lack of customer skills does not introduce herself Nor greet you at the window at all. Today I finally called the manager to let her know about this person's attitude and ruddiness and it's sad when I come there it makes me feel some type away I pray she is not helping in counting prescriptions because if so I will be so afraid other than that everyone is nice and very helpfulTuesday 9th July 2024
Camillia Cox1 StarThe absolute worst cvs pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Black girl with the glasses, dreads and nose ring is SOOOO RUDE!! She keeps messing up. Major attitude. I hope her district manager see this and reach out to me so I can tell them how rude and nasty she is. Also her lead seems to have NO BACKBONE. The lead allow this woman to speak rudely to people right in front of her as if it's normal and okay. There's NO ORDER between management and team members. The lead talk about and laughs at customers with them. Atleast 2 pharmacy team members at this location needs to be replaced and 1 of the 2 is the team lead. No constructive criticism from management, clearly.Tuesday 4th June 2024

I’m sitting here waiting on my daughter prescription and they keep talking about every customer that’s walks off. I will never come to this CVS again in my life. I need my daughter prescription so bad and they all was playing to much. They need to stop playing and work. One girl had a Blonde wig and other girl had dreads.
